Residential-business building with a total area of ~10,000 m2, which consists of two levels of underground garages, the ground floor and the first floor are business premises, while the other five floors and the detached floor are residential premises.
Before the start of construction, all buildings on the cadastral plot were demolished.
The foundation pit was secured with AB piles fi 600mm along the perimeter lines of the building, connected to each other by header beams and a curtain wall. The construction of the Object is founded on a foundation plate d= 80/100cm and consists of ab walls and ab columns connected to ab plate between floors d= 22cm.
The works will be carried out in 2022-2023.
